Annual “Race Under the Chestnuts” starts on 31st May, 2009 - “Kyiv Day” - at 10-00 AM.
Place – Independence Square (Maidan Nezalezhnosti). Registration starts at 9-00 AM.
Registration cost for Ukrainian citizens – UAH 30.
Registration cost for foreign citizens – UAH 60.

Action plan of preparation to the annual “Race Under the Chestnuts” 2009.
21st May 2009:
Press conference devoted to preparation to the annual “Race Under the Chestnuts” 2009 will be organized in the Center at 28/1 Chornovola street, Kyiv.
We invite journalists, representatives of organizations and entities, students, pensioners, sportsmen, donors, sponsors, PR companies and everyone who wishes to participate.
Press conference agenda:
- Excursion at the Center
- Demonstration of the film about the Center
- Showing live broadcasts of operations from operating-rooms
- Charitable auction
- Participants deliver speeches.
Preparation:
from 1st April, 2009 to 30th May, 2009:
- preparation of the list of participants of the Race – former patients of the Center
- preparation of the list of participants of the Race – employees of the Center and their families;
- acceptance of applications of sponsors and VIP guests.
On the day of the Race, 31st May, 2009:
- 9-00 to 10-00 AM: registration of participants of the Race (near the Main Post Office);
- preparation the place (tent, tables) for representatives of the Center where information and consultations with be given;
- distribution of spot uniforms to patients of the Center who participate in the Race;
- 10-00 AM to 13-00 PM: the Race itself;
- making photos and videos of the Race;
- communication among participants;
- drinking «ЕКОНІЯ» water ;
- rewards to participants.
Results of the Race:
11th June 2009: Press conference devoted to results of annual “Race Under the Chestnuts” 2009 will be organized in the Center at 28/1 Chornovola street, Kyiv.
