The Ukrainian Children’s Cardiac Center is the only institution in Ukraine where children with congenital heart defects are operated on starting from their first days of life. Highly professional , skilled and dedicated personnel and the most modern equipment of the Center allow to  perform accurate diagnostics and surgical correction of all congenital heart defects. All operations for Ukrainian children are free of charge due to the state support.

The Center is headed by Dr. Illya Yemets, MD, PhD, cardiac surgeon who has a long experience of work in leading pediatric centers in Melbourne, Sydney, Toronto, Paris.
